Kitchen Equipped Warranty Policy

1. New Equipment

Each brand and product has different manufacture warranty policy. As soon as you notice the malfunction of the equipment within the given warranty period, you must contact Kitchen Equipped immediately.

 

2. Certified Used Equipment

Our used commercial equipment comes with a 14-day warranty. 
This warranty program covers the malfunction of the equipment and it is not covered against improper installation or other damages caused on the client's end.

As soon as you notice the malfunction of the equipment within the given warranty period, you must contact Kitchen Equipped immediately.

What it covers:
  • 14 days warranty on parts
  • 14 days return policy applies if the equipment malfunctions completely (no return after 14 days)
What it does not cover:
  • Labor
  • Shipping cost for a return
